These have got to be the easiest crackers one can make.
They are ready in 20min, including baking time. Just combine 200gr plain flour, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 50 gr butter and 2 1/2 tbs sea salt. Place in a food processor and whiz. Roll out dough in the desired thickness, I prefer to make it really thin but this is according to your liking. Place the dough sheet on a baking tray lined with kitchen parchment and cut in triangles. Bake in a preheated oven, fan 180 degrees Celcius for 10-15 min.
Serve them on a cheese platter or in individual ramekins for your guests. They keep well for up to a week in an airtight container.
